ARTICLE NUMBER B1618ED Description The modern, trashy sound of this set is the perfect way to integrate vintage, dry and trashy sounds into your cymbal set. It includes the 16 "Vintage Trash Crash and the 18" Extra Dry Thin Crash. The Vintage Trash Crash is sandblasted, which dampens strong overtones and the attack and gives the cymbal its soft touch and transparent character. Due to the very thin weight and the strong hammering, the Extra Dry Thin Crash has its very direct attack and short sustain. This dry, percussive sound embeds the cymbal perfectly in the sound of the drum set and enables a quiet cymbal sound even in smaller rooms. Both cymbals from this set are hand-hammered from B20 bronze in the Turkish tradition.
